Anti-Goals Explained

Have you found yourself saying, “Once I have/become  ____ then I’ll be happy”? Yes. We’ve all had that thought. 

And I don’t mean this lightly when I say it’s a dangerous one. It promotes winning over living. Victory over fulfillment. Short term highs over long term happiness. Does that sound like the life you want to choose? 

Wait, Ariella..what are you saying? That I should throw all of my goals out the window? 

YES!!

Kidding. Of course not. I’m simply a fan of taking the blinders off the “capital G” goals, replacing finite desires with an infinite, purpose-driven mindset, and creating systems to keep you accountable.

In this way, instead of prioritizing the materialistic, you prioritize becoming the person you want to be. A person who has actively invented the life they live.
