RING OF KEYS is a national network and database of queer women, trans, and gender non-conforming artists working on and offstage in musical theatre.

THE KILROYS LIST includes the results of our annual industry survey of excellent new plays by woman, trans, and non-binary playwrights. It is a tool for producers committed to ending the systemic underrepresentation of woman, trans, and non-binary playwrights in the American theater.

MAESTRA provides support, visibility, and community for the women who make the music in the musical theater industry. Our membership is made up of female-identifying, non-binary, and gender non-conforming composers, music directors, orchestrators, arrangers, copyists, rehearsal pianists and other musicians who are an underrepresented minority in musical theater.

​PARITY PRODUCTIONS is the only New York theatre company that ensures they fill at least 50% of the creative roles on our own productions—directors, playwrights, and designers—with women and trans and gender nonconforming (TGNC) artists.
